WATER SOLUBLE CUTTING FLUIDS 

Model : ASSURE CUTCOOL GP

Description : GP is manufactured from selected based stock and compounded with an emulsifier which forms a stable milky-white emulsion when mixed with water. Additionally, it is inhibited against foaming, contains excellent rust preventive properties, and will emulsified readily in soft and hard water. This nitrite free and phenol-free fluid is safe to use in high speed cutting operations. GP is used in cutting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Recommended for use in milling, boring, shaping, drilling, grinding and turning operations.

Packaging : Available in 18 litre pails, 200 litre drums Waste Handling & Disposal Method:  Dispose of in accordance with Federal, State and Local environmental regulations. In most cases land fill or incineration would apply. There are no uniform EC regulations for the disposal of chemicals or residues. Chemical residues generally are applied as “special waste.” We recommend that you contact either the authorities in charge or approved waste companies which will advise you on how to dispose of special waste. Do not allow to enter drinking water supplier, waste water or soil without municipal authorization. Storage & Transport: Store in a cool, dry and shady area away form strong oxidizing agents. No Special requirements for transportation
